Fulk Labs opens for engagements from January 2027. If you are under attack now, call your current security provider or your cyber insurer. The steps below apply whoever responds.
From January 2027, Fulk Labs responds to incidents for its retainer clients. Retainers are offered after a readiness assessment.
What to do first.
- Do not power off affected machines unless a responder says so.
- Isolate, do not wipe. Pull the cable or disable Wi-Fi.
- Preserve your logs. Export them now if you safely can.
- Do not communicate with the attacker.
- Start a timeline. Every action, with a time next to it.
